so, this is exciting stuff, eh? I figured I might as well make a post about "Duende," whether for archival purposes, discussion, or just so that everything can be in one place. I'm not going to lie, even though all I've heard of it are the 13 second sample tmbg posted and the short clip from Lupo's, I like it much better than Canajoharie, and judging by the lyrics, I think it is going to be among my favourite tmbg songs. Anyway, for those interested: - Short live clip starting around 0:35 (but watch the rest too!). Eternal gratitude to Kathy for that. - Official studio clip from tmbg themselves. Clocks in at a generous 13 seconds. - Pictures of John's lyric sheet, courtesy of Jason. - Lyrics from the wiki. - The wiki pageAlso a "duende" is a Spanish troll type thing. if anyone else has something else they'd like to share (hint hint), please do.

I have nothing else to share, but man, I love this song. I've been singing it all day.

It's epical. Maybe singleworthy.
